| Your Final product will look like this |

| 1.Create New File of 400 px X 150 px and by using gradient tool make something like this for background |

| 2.
Type text using white color. Now duplicate the text layer. Then drag the duplicated layer below the original text layer. |

| 3. Now go to
Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur and in radius field put 3 pixels and press enter. Your text will look like the figure below . |
|
| 4. Then go to
Filter > Pixelate > Mosaic put in size 17 and press enter. |
|
| 5. Finally go to Filter > Sharpen > Sharpen repeat this twice and your final product is ready |
